Query where clause

I have a simple query, 'where paseas = 2003', and it
returns the records for paseas = 2002.

Only does this in access, if i try excel it work.

Any one seen this
 
Hi. Is this EXTERNAL data? (this is an EXTERNAL data forum) If it is, what kind of data source is it? Are you IMPORTING it? Connecting via ODBC? What?
