query question

hi,

i have already created a query between table A and table B. i printed out
this query which only show the records were matched between table A and
table B. some records in the table A was missed to show on the report.

in fact, i wish that the report can show all records based on table A
together with table B's information.

how can i do it

Hi Jimmy

are we talking Excel or Access, if excel i've no idea, but if it's Access,
right mouse click on the join between table A and B in your query, choose
Join Properties and choose the options that says "all records from table A
and only those matching records from table B" - this should give you what
you're after.
