Query by FINANCIAL Year rather than CALENDAR Year??

I'am trying to query a ACCESS database (with records going back to 1990) for results by CUSTOMER, FINANCIAL YEAR, and MONTH within financial year??

I don't know how to tell ACCESS to group data by Financial Year rather than Calendar Year?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
