Change a default year to financial year in crosstab query.

Hi,

I have date wise failure data for 10 years, I have
prepared a Crosstab query and failures are counted
yearwise from January to December for 10 years. MS Access
by default takes year from January - December. However I
need failures per financial year i.e from April to March
every year.
