What HP describe as full featured VISTA drivers are on their website at:

<< Description

This download includes the HP Full Feature Software and Drivers.

The Full Feature Software solution supplies full access to the many features of
the All-in-One device and is intended for Users who want more than just a basic
print and scan driver.

Due to the size of this download, HP recommends dial-up (56k) customers order
this software on CD due to the long download time. >>

If you just install the device and let VISTA detect it you will probably only
get minimal print functions and maybe no scanning.

Do note this instruction which is critically important:

Note: Make sure the HP All-in-One device is "Not" connected to the computer
before running the download file.

Only connect the USB cable to the PC when the installation procedure tells you
to, or if it does not after [Finish] or you will be fighting against VISTA to
install the minimal driver.
