Query about designing themes and templates in Frontpage 2002

Hello,

Can anyone recommend websites and books which describe in detail how
to create themes and templates in Frontpage 2002?

I tried a google search but, apart from a few brief hints at how to
create themes, I didn't find anything regarding templates for FP 2002
except tons and tons of websites offering them for sale.
