I designed a website using FrontPage. Now I have purchased a new template and
I do not know how to upload that template (or theme) onto the FrontPage site.
I have it stored under a folder in My Documents. I also realize once I get
it onto FrontPage, I will have to copy and paste from the old website, but I
have no clue how to get that new template on there.

The source you purchased it from should have provided you with installation instructions, if it was
designed to be used with FP.
