Looking for free frontpage 2002 educational web themes/templates

1. Where can I find free frontpage 2002 educational web themes/templates. The
website I need to create will mostly have static web pages a couple forms to
be linked to an access database.
2. Also the computer which I will use for the purpose has Windows Xp Home
edition. What edition Windows xp should I update it to so that I can create a
website using it?

Why "educational" themes specifically?

Do you mean themes that are to do with *Education*, or that are licenced for
students/teachers? I don't believe there's any such specific thing. There
are plenty of sites that offer free themes generally.

Any version of Windows capable of running FP2002 i.e.Windows 98 upwards
should be fine - so Windows XP Home should be no problem.
