query about a monitor and my graphics card

Hi,

I was looking at this But it says the resolution is 1440x900.
I have a nvidia geforce fx 5200 graphics card
will the monitor work on that graphics card at that resolution? Or will i need to get a new card?

A monitor will work on any graphics card of today (-10years) and that res will be "up-to" 1440x900 ... so, you can still play with 640x480. :D

Is it Sub D, DVI or both ... is the question?

Be aware ... 19" is measured diagonally ... you could get a squat little monitor, I think they are err, not very good for general PC work.

Still think a monitor should stand on its side ... tall is good, wide is a pain in the neck, literally.
