Quarantined viruses

Do I need to replace/reinstall the following programs
which Norton placed in Quarantive for viruses:
dll32.hlp, gg.bat, mdm.scr, nt32.ini, xvpll.hlp?
Can they be what causes my system to run so slowly?

Hello Jon,

The gg.bat, nt32.ini are mirc trojan virus file:
328691 MIRC Trojan-Related Attack Detection and Repair
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=328691

The dll32.hlp, mdm.scr and xvpll.hlp are symptoms of IRC Trojan Virus.

With that said, you do not need to re-install these.
