Update both your antivirus and Microsoft Antispyware. Restart in safe mode,
and do full, deep scans with Microsoft Antispyware and scan with your
antivirus, until scans with both come through clean.
The reappearance indicates that cleaning isn't succeeding--not that new
infections are getting past real-time protection, in my experience.
Is it possible that you are visiting the same URL daily and it is depositing
the spyware. Check your history to see if this is possible.
