Am I better off capturing from MM as DV- AVI then export to sonic

OR

Just capture straight from Sonic.

It seems these two come out pretty good.

Hi Jeff,

They probably both use the same Microsoft DV codec and are the same. You
wouldn't export to Sonic from MM2, just use the file created by it.

yah i thought they looked the same.
the others even high-quality video were not nearly as good
