I'm getting the following Warning in event viewer. What
does this actually mean and is there a fix for this?

Date: 9/17/2003
Time: 10:05:46 AM

RSVP is an Intserv model signaling mechanism for Bandwidth Reservation in a
QoS enabled network. The error means that some application has tried to
start RSVP on your PC. If you are sure that no application needs it, then
you can turn off the service (disable) by going to Admin Tools | Service |
QoS RSVP.
