Understand that qoeloader is helpful anti-advertising spam tool for
Outlook Express, however, I do not use OE or Outlook for email, but
use Pegasus. Is QOELoader doing anything for me as I use Pegasus or
should I eliminate it from my computer?...now in startup list.
