Qhosts virus

My antivirus has detected Qhosts.apd. However, no mater how many times i
clean my comptuer and restart, the virus appears again, and again.

Researching Mcafee, i have installed the security patch
WindowsXP-KB835732-x86-ESN.EXE, however, this does not solve the problem. I
have also installed XP SP2, and this does not solve the problem either.

Any suggestions how to remove this virus?
