Q822002 patch not loading

Mitchell B. Paddington MCSE CCNE SOB MYOB

I an trying get any information on patch Q822002. I have
downloaded it and extracted the executable, q822002.exe.
When I run it it warns me that I first need Internet
Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 loaded, then it halts. I checked
Help, About in the brwoser and it lists SP1. I downloaded
Service Pack 1 and reinstalled it, but it still gives the
same message. Is this patch not working?
