Q811114: WINDOWS UPDATE KEEPS LISTING

I have installed the Q811114 update three times, yet
windows update keeps listing it as critical, even after
reboot. I do not have IIS installed. Dell OptiPlex
GX260.

I have the same problem with contant automatic update of Q811114. I have SP2 installed, but is it looking for an update of SP1?
