IE 6.0 SP1 IS ALREADY INSTALLED. Therefore, Q331923
should download BUT IT WILL NOT.

When OE is opened--click help---about OE do you have version 6.00.2800.1123
listed?
 
I have 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 with update
versions sp1;q818529;q330994;q822925 listed.
