Putting My Documents folder on another partition

Hi
I have managed to get an extended partition with a logical drive on my hard
disk
Now I want to move my Documents folder etc to this partition, do I simply
drag and drop or is it not as simple as that??

Right click My Documents Shortcut (that is on Start menu or Desktop)
Properties > Click Move
