putting in an appointment into everone's calendar

Hello. The users are using outlook 2007 on a terminal server. One user
wants to put a calendar event into everyone's calendar but does not want to
use "invite attendees" because it sends a request to the users' inbox. Is
there a way to sned an invite which is mandatory or does not reqire a
response? Is there a different method altogether?

Kind Regards
Matt

you can choose to not require a response and if the recipient's settings are
to autoaccept, it will be added to their calendar automatically.
