Putting Hard Drives in the folder lists

Is their a way to list hard drive folders in the folder view
(or any other view). I'd like to file from my inbox and/or task list
directly to my hard drive via drag and drop. Also I can
recall/reference info quicker while staying in outlook.

Not in Outlook 2003.
