Putting a TOC in a document with an additional listing of specific charts in the document

Bob Reynolds

Hello,
I have a 6 page MS WORD document and it contains a custome heading one and
custom heading two. These are used to complete field TOC level 1 and 2.

However I also have several fields that are "charts" mixed in among these
items. My problem is that I need to generate a TOC at the front with all of
the level one and level two styles to be at the top and then the level three
to be together on the bottom. Can't find any research for me for it, so hope
someone has an answer please.

Example

TOC
Introduction - heading 1
Next heading 1 - heading 1
indent from heading 1 - heading 2
indented heading 2 - heading 2

Charts
Chart one
Chart two
Chart three.

The charts are intermixed in between the headings and have to be displayed
as a group and not in the first table of contents.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Bob Reynolds

If you have used the Insert | Caption feature to title the charts, you can
create a Table of Figures. But it sounds as if you have used Heading 3 to
title your charts. In that case, you insert a TOC that includes Heading 1
and 2 and then another TOC to include just Heading 3.
