Put new security patch on now crashed

I am running XP home with IE 6.0.
I put the new security patch Microsoft issued on
11/11/2003 (KB824145). Now if a run more than 1 instance
of IE the next instance will crash and want to send a bug
report.
Anybody else with this problem?
 
It was the Google DeskBar application.

I unloaded it now everything is fine.
