push out default address list

Windows 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 SP2, Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003 SP2

I created a new Address List which works perfectly fine, but I need to
change a setting in Oultook for all of my users so that they default to the
new address list.

If you open Outlook, open the address book, choose Tools Options, the first
setting is "Show this address list first" and it is a drop down field. That
is the setting I need to push out. It doesn't seem to be included in the
Group Policy template for Outlook 2003 so I need to know where that setting
is stored (IE registry, configuration file, etc) so that I can hopefully find
a way to push it out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Microsoft doesn't provide any tools to do that. You might want to check out some of the other profile-configuration tools to see if they can handle it. See http://www.slipstick.com/exs/olroam.htm#tools
