punctuation issues

i thought i had this fixed but, i have two users that when they type to send
or receive emails all punctuation marks change to tiny blocks. any ideas or
help would be nice
 
Do this happen while they're writing the e-mail, or does it happen when the
recipient is viewing the e-mail?
