missing letter in subject line

Hi there. I have been noticing lately that although my Subject Line goes out
as typed, when people receive my messages they are missing the first letter.
You can imagine how professional that looks.

any suggestions? I have resorted to adding a punctuation mark as the first
character when I remember and adding a space still leaves you without the
first letter.

Are you using Norton Antivirus? Indications are that a recent update to
Norton can have that effect.

If it were my problem, I'd uninstall Norton and reinstall without the mail
integration feature. It's not needed anyway and doesn't make you safer.
