Pulls up some pages but not others??

ok, this computer is networked through another to get to
the web. this one just started to not view certain pages,
and certain programs do not connect now (like kazaa) i
have tried all that i can think of to fix the problem,
including running the network connection wizard multiple
times. any ideas on what i may be missing?

Security settings on the other computer?
