You need to call Microsoft to get a new product key.
Replacement software isn't going to help you. 1-800-936-
5700, press 0 for customer service. Have your disk with
you when you call.

For future reference...use a sharpie fine point marker to write the code
right onto the label side of your CD...you'll never lose it that way.
