Publishing to the web

I am a new frontpage user. I recently purchased a domain and put together a
website using frontpage, but I am having a hell of a time publishing it to
the web. Right now, I am getting an error message that says 'Server Error:
Cannot open "frontpg.lck": no such file or folder'. Are there any
suggestions, this has been killing me for about 2 days.
