I'm very new to FrontPage-I have 2003 version. I took over a web site from someone else so everything is already there. I have downloaded all the files and have them in frontpage, but not can't figure out how to publish to the remote site (ftp). When I try to, a box comes up that says "The file public_html/About.html exists on the destination server but does not exist in the current web site. Would you like Frontpage to remove it from 'ftp://example.com

I'm afraid to answer "yes" or"yes to all" because it sounds like I'm deleting something. But....if I answer "no" or "no to all" and then click publish web site....nothing happens or changes on the web site. Any advice???

It sounds like you are publishing to the wrong folder. Try publishing to
ftp://example.com/public_html/ (The web server will pick up the web site
from the public_html folder.)

You may also need to open your site in an FTP application, and remove the
files published to the folder above public_html.
