Publishing to Exchange Environment

Sue,
My IT Director approved the custom vb form that you helped me create.
However, the sys admin is wanting me to send her an oft file via email or
drop it on a network share in order to publish to the organizational folder.
My understanding is the form only works under the creator, thus the creator
has to publish direct to the organization folder. But that requires
permissions.

Am I correct on this? Or is there a way to get her the file to publish with
the vbscript in the background.

The person who creates the form and the person who publishes it don't have to be the same. The sys admin does need to be aware that the .oft file has to be opened with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command, though.
