Newbie forms publishing question

Hello, I'm trying to publish a form in the Organizational Forms Library on an
Outlook 2003 server.

I've got the form, it's an OFT file. When I go on the server, I go into
Exchange system manager.

I browse down to Administrative groups-->Folders-->Public folders, right
click and go to System folders. I go into Eforms Registry. I've added a new
group under there for this form, let's call it "test".

In the "test" folder, I go into the permissions and set myself to "owner"
under Client permissions. I add myself under Administrative rights with full
permissions.

Now, I'm at a loss what to do. When I try to publish the form (from the form
itself), I can't see my "test" directory in the folder listing. How do I
publish this form so that all users can see/use it?

I'm sure I'm doing something silly, but any help here would be very much
appreciated.

You mean Exchange 2003? There's no such thing as Outlook 2003 server.

What do you mean by "a new group"? What you need to add under EFORMS
REGISTRY is a new Organization Form folder with the E-forms Language set to
English (USA) or whatever language you normally you use in your
organization. If the language set for the folder matches the language on
your client, you should see Organizational Forms Library in the "Look In"
drop-down list on the Publish Form As dialog.

Yes, I mean Exchange 2003. It's been a long day.

And yes, what I meant by "a new group" is a new organizational form. It is
set to English (US) - which is the same as what's on the client side. I still
don't see this group in the "look in" dropdown, though... any ideas why it
might be missing?

Maybe client permissions haven't fully taken effect yet.

I tried it again this morning. All I get when I try to publish the OFT are
"Personal forms library", "Outlook folders", and "Inbox". Is the client just
not seeing what's on the server?

I'd try any or all of the following:

-- Creating and logging in under a different Outlook profile
-- Removing the Org Forms library and adding it again, taking care to set
the client permissions as needed
-- Publishing from another computer
