Creating forms

I created a new form, this is the first time I've ever
done this, and I can't seem to publish it. I'm trying to
publish it on an exchange 5.5 Server and it keeps coming
back to me with this error 'Unable to sucessfully publish
the form due to a MAPI error. The form cannot be
installed because you do not have owner permissions.' I
think I need to publish this form in my 'Organizational
Forms Library' because over 50% of my organization will
see this form, but I don't know where to change
permissions in Exchange 5.5 so that I can do this. Also,
if I change permissions, is there some ramifications that
go with this?

You (or the administrator) will need to use the Exchange Administrator tool
to make sure you have Author permission on the Org Forms library. Users who
aren't allowed to publish there need Reviewer access. See
