Owner Permissions

When I try to publish a form to the Organisational Library I get the
following message:

Unable to publish form due to MAPI error. The form cannot be installed
because you don't have owner permissions.

How do I set the owner permissions, and are the permissions for the form or
the Organisational Library?

I've searched for this type of tread in the forum but am having trouble
following the thread.

Any help would be great.

Org Forms is a special folder on the Exchange server. To publish, the user needs write permission for the folder. The permissions need to be set by the Exchange administrator using the Exchange System Manager application.
