Publishing Problems

When I try to publish my site from my desktop machine to the web server I get
the following message: "Server error: The file "719_Penfolds.htm" is checked
out for editing by SERVER/jdostert."

Not sure what this means or how to fix it.
Any help?

User jdostert has right-clicked the file in the Folder list or Folders View
and chosen Check Out. This keeps anyone else from updating the file while
jdostert presumably works on it.

To clear this situation, contact jdostert and ask him or her to right-click
the file and choose Check In.
