Publishing problems

I just purchased Frontpage 2003 and redid my website (my previous version was 2000). I'm trying to publish it to my site and it isn't working. I'm not very knowledgable about this type of stuff! The error message that I get is that FrontPage extensions haven't been installed (my host has reinstalled them twice for me and I still get this error) and then I get an error that says that my website cannot be found (I can type it in my Internet Explorer and go right to it). My question is...what am I doing wrong? Do I need to enable or disable anything in order to publish? I'm at a loss here and I've spent a lot of money on this program to not be able to publish what I created! Help me please! Thanks, Kathy

Please outline detailed steps as to how you are trying to publish. Also,
post a public URL to the site in question.

With a 2nd test site you will know if the problem is your PC, software or
Web Hoster.
Everyone has a 2nd test site like this free one.
You can remove and add the extensions yourself.

Go to Windows Explorer paste the link into the address bar,
Download, update and run:

Then set your home page to:
http://toolbar.google.com
