publishing error

I am trying to update my website using frontpage 2000 and I am getting the
error message...This operation requires author permission for
malevil-iris.com:80 I found an article on the internet telling me to reset
my trusted sites security and I did but still can not publish this website.
The aggravating part is it published fine 2 days ago???
