Publishing Problem

Help! When my web site is opened my link bar in my
shared borders is the only thing that comes up. When you
click on the link bar everything opens properly. But I
want my Home page to open with link bar when the site is
first opened. Before publishing everything opens
correctly the way I want it. But when I published it,
it's not right. I'm using Frontpage 2003. This is my
first time developing a website. What am I doing wrong?
Is it something simple?

Most likely your home page is not named correctly. it
should be index.htm(l) or default.htm(l)
check this first as this is a common problem. In FP you
might have named it "My Cats" or something like that.
