Losing Link Bars after Publishing

I have created a frontPage 2003 parent website on my local drive. When I
publish it to my shared host server....it publishes without any problems.
When I open the website on the host server all of my link bars are
gone.....any ideas?

(If you must rely / use these):

Sometimes it is a FPSE issue. Check those - repair them (don't remove them).

On FP, go to Tools - Recalculate Hyperlinks and then re-publish

I am having the same problem. I performed the Recalculate Hyperlinks,
re-published, and still no link bars.
