publishing online calendar sign in box

Hi all, I was playing with publishing a calendar online and was able to get
one with no problem, but now I keep getting a sign in box that has my email
address but will not accept my password. I am on a network running exchange
2007 with Outlook 2007 installed on my system.

I deleted my calendar already - so why do I keep getting this popup? How do
I get ride of it for good?

I signed into Office Online - went to the Calendar Management console and
deleted the calendar from there and deleted the test calendar in my Outlook.
I have closed outlook and rebooted system and still will get the sign in pop
up.
