Publishing - Help!

I have been trying to publish my FP2003 web site for a couple weeks now and I
still can't get it to work. At first I thought it was our web host, but now
they are saying that it is something with front page that is messing up, but
I can't figure out what!! My web site is www.brissettearchitects.com
The theme is not publishing correctly and my navigation is not showing up.
At first I was using shared borders and I thought that was the problem so I
converted the whole web site to Dynamic Web Templates. I cannot get this site
to work and it's really frustrating! Please help! Let me know if I can
provide any more info. Thanks!

Make sure your home page file name is the same as that required by your host
- and that it has the home icon in it in Nav View

PS
the space bar is not a design tool
- use tables for your layout
