I am trying to use forms on my website to collect data. I
am having trouble publishing with FrontPage Service which
I must use to have forms function. But I can't publish
except with FTP. I went to dnswis.com to check if the
server has FrontPage Extensions installed. It reported
that they were running version 5. What else could be
wrong?

Can you open the site in FP via File Menu | Open Web / Site using http://www.yourdomainname.com ?

If you have published with 3rd party FTP you probably broke the FP Server Extensions. Some hosts have a online control panel that may let you reinstall the extensions, if not contact the host and have them reinstall FPSE.

I can get connected but the server cannot complete the
request. The server responded that my browser does not
support script.

If you are connecting via FP, then there is no browser involved. You need to contact your host.

Not sure what you mean by 'browser does not support script' error. HOW are you trying to do this?

Also, FPSE can be installed but broken, so you need to contact your host anyhow.
