Publishing Error Message

Get "Server Error: Cannot create folder "_vti_cnf"" when
publishing. Is this an error caused by hidden folder or
what? What's the fix? Found nothing in knowledge base.

Contact your host and ask them to run a check on the extensions and/or check
the permissions for your account.
