Publishing 2 websites, overwritten home page

I'm trying to publish 2 separate websites using FrontPage. I use the Remote
Web properties, but when I publish one, it overwrites the home page of the
other page. This continues for publication of both pages. Any help in
resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you are publishing the two web sites into the same
directory on the server. Both home pages are named index.htm, the
latest one over-writes what was there before.

Basically, you have merged your two sites together. You need to
delete them both, and create separate directories on you server for
each of them, repoint the domain names to the new directories
(folders), apply FrontPage Extensions to each directory, then
republish. These instructions assume that you are publishing to a
server running Apache.

If you are running IIS, then you have other problems. Bothe of these
web sites need to be set up as FrontPage sub-webs in that case, and
FPSE applied only to the root directory.
