Publisher not Valid

I have 6 computers on a network running applications from the server. I have
no problem with 5 of the computers but the one computers keeps giving me the
message that "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to
run this software". I just can't figure out why this one only gives me this
message when ever I try to run any .exe file from the server. I have the
workstations all mapped to the same folder and the others do not give me
this message. Any ideas would be appreicated.

Is it just this one program or are there any other programs in the same
situation between the server and this computer? Look in the Microsoft
Management Console and check for the snap-in that governs certificates.
It probably is not needed; remove it or edit it.

This happens from this workstation if it tries to access any exe from in the
server.
Thanks. I will look into it in the morning when I go to the office.

I am somewhat confused. I went to the Management Console on my home computer
XP Pro. Were do I find the snap-in that governs certificates???
