Publisher Files

Can anyone tell me why some of my Publisher files wont
open.
I just bought a new computer from Staples and the Manager
transferred the files to my new machine.
The folder contains a few files , some will open and 3
others will not. The only thing I can see different is
that the 3 that wont open have the file type as PCB
whereas the ones that will open say Microsoft Publisher
Files. I dont know what PCB is does anyone else. Please
help if you know.

Publisher files always have the extension of pub.

pcb files can be opened by Broderbund Print Shop Business Card.
