published page looks different than preview page

When I input text, etc. on the design page, it looks okay. But when I go to
the preview mode, the different tables/text/etc. are not aligned correctly.
However, in the published site it looks okay (for the most part). This is
confusing since I'd like it appear correctly before it is published. Am I
doing something wrong? I'm using FrontPage 2003.

Use File > Preview in Browser to check your pages before publishing.
