Hello

I am using office 2007 outlook, and publishing my Default calendar to office
online. How ever i have noticed that for some reason recurring appointments
are not showing up in the published version.

I have the publishing settings to publish 90 days past and 90 days future.
Im thinking as it is only publishing in these time frames it may not be
seeing the events with the recurrance information.

Secondly I would like to publish the whole calendar for the default, how
ever i cant seem to do this as the option is unavalible. Alternatively i
think microsoft should add a facility in to allow publishing on a timescale
the user enters or options to publish the current year, and so on

The default calendar can't be published in full, even to your own webdav
server.

Recurring events will publish to office online. Did you create them in
outlook 2007 or were they created in an older version?

After some 'fiddling' i have noticed that if i copy and paste the calendar
item and then add recurrance. For instance i have meeting during the week and
on a saturday both at different times, but with the same name and location.
Usually i make one, and then copy it and paste it so i can make a second
instance. If i do it this way recurrant items do not show up on office online.

How ever if i make each one as a new item they show up.

Although some of the copy and pasting sources were appointments initally
made in office 2003 so that could have something to do with it.
