Publishing to Internet does not include recurring items?

I've published my Calendar to Office Online so my wife can view it.
The published calendar seems not to include recurring events. Is this
correct, or is there an error there and if so can I correct it?

Trying to open a support incident for this: all I get is this error message:
Your request could not be processed because previous incident details are
currently unavailable. Please try again later. If the details are still
unavailable after several attempts, you may need to begin a new support
request.

I don't know what "previous incident details" they are talking about...

The answer is to bin Internet publishing to Office Online and to use the
Google Calendar synchronising function instead. That shows ALL events
properly.
