Publish to web from publisher 2003 HEEEEELP?

I have built a site on publisher 2003 full version and have it in my doc's as
a saved file.
I have tried to publish to the web with my host trying to help.
The instructions in publisher are pathetic.
Can someone help with very specific details from o to go please. I would be
very gratefull.

If you don't have FrontPage, then you publish to the MS Publisher newsgroup.

If you have FP, after save the Publisher document as a web, import all file into a FP web, then
publish to the remote server.

Don't have FP, then you need a 3rd Party FTP application to upload.

Publisher really should not be used for building web pages ... that is not
its intention. Why not use FrontPage .. that IS its intention. In other
words ... use the correct tool. You are asking for all kinds of trouble
using Publisher ... it's too bad that they give you the option of saving as
HTML.
